Job Overview:

We are seeking a Social Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in Social Media management. This role involves daily coordination and communication with a diverse range of clientele, managing and executing Social Media campaigns across multiple platforms, collaborating with our web development and content teams, and maintaining a deep understanding of Social Media tools and analytics. A key aspect of this role is managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, and conducting detailed monthly reporting to track the success of Social Media campaigns.

The successful candidate will work alongside a team of 30 talented individuals in Australia, dedicated Web development house in India as well as our team in South Africa, Canada, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Manage client accounts as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee content creation and management across various Social Media platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with content and web development teams to integrate Social Media strategies with broader digital campaigns.
• Conduct detailed reporting on Social Media campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain expertise in Social Media tools, analytics, and their application in digital strategies.
• Analyze Social Media data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client campaigns.
• Regular communication with clients (both verbal and written) to report on campaign progress and adjustments.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing role, with a focus on Social Media.
• Passion for Digital Marketing, Social Media trends, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in managing client accounts and reporting on Social Media campaigns.
• Proficient in various Social Media platforms, content planning, and community engagement.
• Basic knowledge of integrating Social Media strategies with website projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Social Media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
