Paid Social Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Facebook & Tiktok Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge advertising campaigns with a focus on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). You'll be an integral part of our marketing team, dedicated to driving success and growth through effective ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Ad Strategy Execution: Run ads to achieve a minimum of a 4-6x ROAS on cash for the given month the ads are being run.
• Research and Development: Research best ads practices and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Landing Page Optimization: Create new landing pages and conduct split tests to enhance conversion rates.
• Creative Production: Generate new ad creatives consistently to maintain engagement and effectiveness.
• Performance Tracking: Track ad performance, ensuring budget optimization and target achievement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team, to create compelling and successful ad campaigns.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising to continually refine and improve strategies.

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience as a Facebook & TikTok Media Buyer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in ad tracking tools.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work 38 hours per week, with the flexibility to do overtime as needed.
