Form of workOur client is a recently backed PE company in the Health Sector that is seeking a Social Media Specialist to champion this growing healthcare brand across their social channels.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing all Social Media channels to increase brand awareness and ensure a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness and consistency for this health organisation
- Create compelling content that builds brand awareness and Social Media engagement across all channels
- Produce and edit engaging visual content
- Organise and run Social Media campaigns to highlight key events throughout the year
- Devise and maintain content schedules.
- Set goals for growth, report on key metrics and engage stakeholders in Social Media and content analytics.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to source content and promotional materials.
- Track and analyse Social Media performance metrics, offering insights and reports on campaign effectiveness
- Uphold and manage the company's online reputation, ensuring positive feedback and addressing negative reviews or comments.
- A passion for digital and Social Media marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of key social platforms and data analytics for reporting
- Good stakeholder engagement to work with internal departments to source and develop content
- Strong time management and a high level of organisation skills
- A data-driven approach to analyse social campaigns
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your workload
