With a commitment to an all-round quality Customer experience, we are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and highly creative Social Media and Marketing expert to join our team, championing our Café and fine-dining Restaurant located on the beautiful waterfront of Maroochydore.

Possessing a comprehensive understanding of current trends, Social Media platforms, and how best to obtain and sustain maximum engagement, your goal will be to nurture and expand our Customer base through content creation and management.

This full-time position calls for someone dedicated to innovation and technology; a positive and engaging influencer; and someone committed to achieving long-term results.

As our Social Media Marketing Guru, you will proactively:

• Plan and execute effective Social Media strategies
• Create and publish on-brand Content marketing across a variety of platforms
• Share, manage, and analyse interactive Social Media content
• Optimise Customer engagement

A Marketing expert will require:

• Minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar role is required
• Relevant  Qualifications to the role are required
• Tech Savvy with above average IT skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Demonstrated effective content creation experience
• Analytics and CRO experience
• Online marketing experience
• Solid understanding of the Hospitality industry and target demographics
• Dedication and Innovation
