Our business has thrived in the Australian market for ten years without a dedicated full-time marketing team. We are now launching our first marketing team with five new roles, including this one. About the RoleAs our Social Media + Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting and growing our Social Media followers to drive awareness and leads that will directly impact our mission.
What You’ll Do- Plan and craft Social Media content: Across our social platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram)Instagram Followers
- Strategic Development and Execution: Forge pioneering marketing strategies specifically designed for software engineering and product audiences and effectively manage influencer partnerships to meet our brand’s objectives.
- Newletter Funnel: Grow our email newsletter subscribers from social channels
- Design: Work with tools for Design including Canva and Figma
- Engage the community for research and insights
- Provide direct value to Australian tech job seekers and students
- Provide direct value to organisations growing or forming tech teams entirely inhouse or hybrid inhouse/offshore
- Form paid and organic partnerships with Influencers: Secure paid partnerships and organic partnerships
- Contribute and provide value where online discussions and communities are present on behalf of Worldteam
- Demonstrates results they’ve achieved within an environment of structure and good leadership, being able to showcase these results with KPI and OKR examples.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in Social Media management and community engagement within B2B consulting and services
- Demonstrates results they’ve achieved in growing Social Media followers and directly driving pipeline growth through planning, curating, and posting content on Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Demonstrates competence in text, image and video creative asset creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or a closely related field
