Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Develop engaging and measurable strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram for our brands
- Create content our communities will love
- Community management (including 3rd party review pages such as Product Review)
- Collaborate with our Performance Marketing Manager to build a complimentary paid social strategy
- Identify and work with people of influence to extend our reach
- Relentlessly champion the benefits of Social Media and how it will help the business achieve its goals
- Report on Social Media engagement metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise content, posting times, and ad creative.
- Maintain content calendar for consistent posting aligned with an always on approach & intake objectives
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations
Content Creation:
- Work with our agency experts to create content that makes us more discoverable online
- Conduct keyword research and implement optimization techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum three (3) year’s experience in Social Media and content creation
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and content trends
- Familiarity with modern SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus
- Sound knowledge of all relevant social platforms, using data analytics for strategy/reporting
- Google Analytics knowledge an advantage
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, copy writing an advantage
