We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team who will nurture our community and drive the vision of the brand across Social Media platforms as the brand continues to grow.
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with our content team to brief the curation of engaging content, managing our Social Media channels, and nurturing our vibrant community. Your mission is to amplify our brand presence, drive user engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our audience across various platforms.

In Office/ Hybrid / Remote: In office with some flexibility for WFH days as required.
Location: Gold Coast Head Office. At times travel may be required to work from the Melbourne office or attend interstate events depending on the needs of the business.
Direct Reports: Nil
*Note the number of direct reports for this role is planned to increase in the next 12-24 months if the business reaches its goals.
Responsibilities and duties- Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop strategic and compelling content that aligns with our brand's tone and aesthetic.
- Report on social performance to the wider business. Leverage learnings to ensure continuous improvement of social channels.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) from our highly engaged community and incorporate it into our Social Media strategy.
- Retain and organise content that performs well, posting across multiple channels if applicable and/or reuse on the same platform at a later date.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce captivating visuals, videos, and graphics for Social Media posts.
- Ensure any influencer generated content is used to maximise effect across any areas that apply to usage rights to maximise content effect in the time period allowed.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our Social Media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms while ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor Social Media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Distribute reporting within the business, tracking growth in key metrics.
- Assist with partnership opportunities and other ad hoc marketing campaigns when required.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of belonging and community among our audience through authentic and relatable interactions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries within 1 business day to maintain high engagement with our community.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and loyal customers to amplify our reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement metrics, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Analyse Social Media insights and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise Social Media performance
- Highlight high performing content to the Head of Marketing to be used across paid media.
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or proven experience in Social Media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative flair and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and building communities
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimise performance.

- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, organisation, and prioritisation, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
