Social Media Coordinator

This is full time opportunity, in person in our office in Newcastle NSW, the successful candidate will be located in/near Newcastle.

FAYT The Label is on the lookout for a content creating superstar to help elevate our brand and take our social presence to the next level. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in curating and executing engaging content across various platforms. 

If you have a keen eye for fashion, a pulse on Social Media trends, and a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you!

About The Role

• This is a unique opportunity to work for one of Australia's biggest up and coming e-commerce fashion brands, we're a small team who work at full speed whilst having a blast every day
• This is a diverse role that will mainly consist of creating new, fresh & exciting content for all social platforms, researching pop culture trends & thinking of new ways to engage with our followers/customers each week

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include (but are definitely not limited to!) 

• Creation & scheduling of all social content
• Having the ability to efficiently use multiple content creating apps, tools & filters
• Using your understanding of all social apps to create engaging content (IG in feed posts, stories, reels, IGTVs, TikToks, Pinterest) 
• Being able to recognise which posts/content perform well vs. which don't and why
• Overseeing and guiding our Social Media team 
• Assisting with micro influencer collaborations, IG story takeovers & hauls
• Understanding our brands messaging & implementing that across all content on all platforms 
• Living & breathing content, be continually thinking of ways to evolve and get creative

Your Experience

• Experience in any form of content creation is a must! You must live, breathe and love all things content
• A great understanding of all social apps including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest
• Leadership experience is desirable - our ideal candidate will shine in overseeing and guiding our Social Media team
• A great understanding of editing apps and tools for both photo and video 
• Experience in the fashion/beauty industry is a bonus but not a must
• A great sense of flare & style
