We are a health and wellness studio with a big focus on mindful, sustainable movement for life. We provide Physiotherapy, Massage, Clinical Pilates, Pre/Post natal Pilates, Dietitian as well as studio classes Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Boxing, Circuit, Meditation and Barre.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring All For One’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve engagement, and grow the business’s presence online. We are estimating this role will require approx 8-10 hours per week.

Social Media Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and manage our Social Media strategy

- Define the most important Social Media platforms relevant to our brand and demographic
- Define materials and imagery required for successful Social Media engagement and work internal team to develop these
- Collaborate with internal teams in content creation including still and video imagery
- Work with the internal team to ensure content is informative and appealing and stays on brand
- Measure the success of Social Media campaigns and suggest avenues for improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest Social Media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Identify influencers via Social Media and create a strong network
- Reply to customer comments and direct messages

You will need: 

A passion for building community

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok and others

Creative content creation and copywriting skills
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Understanding of Facebook and Google ads
Understanding of Social Media KPIs
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Excellent planning, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and excited to be working in the online space
