Position: Marketing Intern (Paid) - Part Time
Location: CBD College, 10 Quay Street, Haymarket, NSW 2000
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)
This is not a remote or work-from-home position and does not offer any flexibility in this regard.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will:
- Develop and implement engaging Social Media content, particularly on TikTok, to promote CBD College's programs and events.
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
- Analyse and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and strong experience creating and editing content for the platform.
- Proficiency in using Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) for marketing purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
