About the Role
- Independently apply advanced social work judgement, problem solving and expertise for a complex and specialist sexual assault clinical caseload, adapting and modifying routine clinical practice, based on current and available high-level evidence. This includes the facilitation and application of novel solutions across key service areas of practice.
- Provide specialised/Advanced Clinical advice and direction to Social Workers across MSH to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
- Foster an interprofessional team environment to ensure achievement of departmental/team objectives including providing constructive and effective feedback which achieves solutions. Use enhanced communication skills to contribute to effective team dynamics and client and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide leadership and change management to support local implementation of innovative sexual assault models of care by engaging stakeholders, developing appropriate educational support materials and resources, and effectively communicating new developments and outcomes.
