Chromagen Australia is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for candidates interested in joining our rapidly expanding team in the Solar Power division. Key responsibilities; scheduling and coordination of Solar Power system installations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of Solar Power system installations. To excel in this position, here are some key qualities and skills you should possess:

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Solar Power systems, including their components, and installation processes, is highly regarded. Preferred but not essential; Understanding the intricacies of photovoltaic (PV) panels, and inverters, will enable you to effectively coordinate installation activities.

Project Management: The ability to manage projects from start to finish is vital. You should possess strong organizational skills to create installation schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines. Coordinating various stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and clients, will be a central part of your responsibilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are critical for effective coordination. You will need to liaise with multiple parties, such as customers and installers, to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Clear and concise communication will ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving: As the installations coordinator, you will encounter various challenges that require quick thinking and problem-solving skills. From unforeseen technical issues to logistical constraints, the ability to identify solutions and make informed decisions is crucial for successful project completion.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is vital in overseeing the installation process. Together with our support/engineering team, you will need to review plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of project milestones.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, engineering, and customer support, is necessary to gather information and ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation. Working together with internal and external stakeholders will contribute to a positive and efficient installation experience.

Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. You should be adept at allocating resources effectively, optimizing installation schedules, and adapting to changing priorities to meet deadlines.
