SalaryGenesis Legal Partners has experienced significant growth over the last few years and is currently seeking to employ an experienced Solicitor with Family Law experience to join our general practice.
This role is perfect for family orientated people who are seeking Part time work, whilst being able to spend time with their family.
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
- Solicitor with minimum 5 years' experience in various practice areas.
- Family law experience is a must and be able to manage their own files from start to end.
- Familiar with Court or Tribunal appearance including briefing Counsel at Courts or tribunals.
- Commercial law experience
- Must hold valid NSW Practising Certificate
- Ability to work autonomously and under time constraint pressure
- Highly organised and great with people while passionate about legal dispute resolution
- Microsoft Office and LEAP experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound computer literacy
Key responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Interact with clients, take instructions, and provide exceptional service.
- Court or Tribunal appearances: from time to time
- Legal Documentation: commercial contracts and Leases, Prepare legal statements, Affidavits, and Court documentation.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
- Advice: Offer written and verbal legal advice to clients. Provide succinct and accurate legal advice across various practice areas.
