- Mon-Fri with standard working hours
- Executive assistance for research division
- Booking Travel, Meeting Rooms, Catering, Conferences
- Customer service
- Email and calendar management for senior leaders
- Internal and external mail collection
- Assisting with enquiries from research staff
- Assisting with sponsorship programs and invoicing
- Business Technology requests and assist with event management
- Previous experience in an Admin Assistant / Exec Assistant role working at senior management / executive level
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Sharepoint
- Methodical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
