The Role
Our Real Estate & Construction team encompasses a diverse range of property-related matters, spanning projects and development initiatives, acquisitions and disposals of properties, leasing agreements, complex titling procedures, and advisory services.
Our team engages with a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and provides comprehensive legal support across various aspects of property law.

What You Offer:
We are looking for a Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE experience, who can bring energy and innovation to Hicksons. The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in property law (experience in off the plan law is advantageous, but not required). Experience in dealing with vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and developers.
- Strong communication, drafting and presentation skills.
- Ability to draft, review and negotiate the terms of contracts for sale, leases, deeds, licences, and other documents.
- Positive and solution driven attitude.
- Critical and reflective approach to problem-solving with an ability to identify risk.
- Willingness to participate and enhance your business development skills.
- Desire to grow and develop with our team.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous, but not required.
