We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead our ERP digital transformation initiative. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes and drive digital innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP platforms, business processes, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of the ERP digital transformation solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and define the scope of the ERP transformation project.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend ERP platforms, modules, and technologies that best suit the organization's needs and long-term strategy.
- Integration and Customization: Design and oversee the integration of ERP systems with existing applications, third-party solutions, and external data sources. Develop customizations and extensions to meet specific business requirements.
- Data Migration and Governance: Develop data migration strategies and oversee the migration of legacy data to the new ERP system. Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT professionals, vendors, and external consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the ERP digital transformation project. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or TechnologyOne.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
