About the Role
We are seeking a Permanent - Full timeSolvSafety System Administrator, Location - THQ Blackburn, Victoria tasked with providing a truly exceptional, customer focused service to drive excellence and performance.
Purpose:
The SolvSafety System Administrator role is responsible for the administration and user support of SolvSafety's users accounts, site structures and notifications to ensure appropriate access, privacy and confidentiality is maintained in effectively managing incidents and feedback across The Salvation Army Australia (TSA).
The Continuous Improvement team strengthens the quality of TSA's services through applying a consistent territorial approach to continuous improvement, incident management, feedback and complaints management, quality performance reporting and analysis.
This role supports the SolvSafety incidents, WHS and feedback management system, so that TSA can continually work towards improving our quality of service.TSA is a child safe organisation and is committed to protecting children and young people from harm.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Reports to: Manager, Quality Benchmarking and Reporting (Dual reporting line WHS Manager)
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, user data and system data in all SolvSafety system modules and Solv Injury across TSA. This includes but not limited to:Create, and maintain user accounts
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained by users
- Extract and reconcile daily reports from Workday and update user accounts accordingly
- Work across TSA teams to implement and control SolvSafety Access and reporting for users
- Continuously monitor the annual and or ad-hoc Corps Officer rotations and TSA Personnel movements and update their user accounts accordingly
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to modify and update the TSA site/reporting structure on SolvSafety, including its maintenance, and provide information to the WHS Administrator for the purpose of updating the site/reporting structure in Solv Injury
- Maintain, update, and upload technical documentation, manuals, and policies in the system by coordinating with the team and the system vendor
- Identify user data improvements and coordinate with the team, stakeholders, and system vendor to implement the improvements
- Perform other system administration duties as required
User Support
- Assist users with system account issues and requests in a timely manner as per the agreed timeframes and escalate unresolved account issues to manager or SolvSafety system vendor provider
Data and Reporting
- Maintain and monitor SolvSafety data on an ongoing basis (e.g. ensure that incident and complaints records and tasks are assigned to appropriate site or person). And extract data and reports as requested by the stakeholders
- Liaise with the system vendor and the team for data integrity issues and provide recommendations
Education Qualifications and experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, and data and information
- Experience within a charity/not for profit, social service, or healthcare industry, desirable
- Experience in Customer Service and IT Helpdesk Support roles, preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field, desirable
