Your opportunity:
Bild Group is seeking a dedicated HSEQ System Improvements Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role is essential for supporting continuous improvement, efficient implementation, and monitoring of business systems across all business units. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing responsibilities and accountability to help achieve Bild Group's business objectives.
Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, this position is based in Campbellfield, Victoria, and follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
You will bring along the following:
- Construction Industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
- A qualification in any of the following areas would be advantageous: WHS, Business Management Systems and Processes, Risk Management, Communications, Training, E-Learning, ICT Application Development, Professional Writing, Document Control, Quality Control, Data Analysis, Auditing, and SharePoint Development.
- General knowledge of business processes and systems administration.
- Proficiency with 3D Safety (or similar subcontractor/employee safety compliance management system), JotForms, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Internal and external auditing experience would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Accurate and detailed record-keeping skills.
The role will be responsible for:
- Monitor 3DSafety troubleshooting and development items.
- Develop and maintain JotForms to support HSEQ system processes.
- Schedule and facilitate System Improvement Forums with relevant stakeholders.
- Uphold and communicate HSEQ standards through internal training packages.
- Facilitate HSEQ System Compliance Forums.
- Assist in planning and executing external audits (ISO, OFSC).
