Your Role as a Sourcing Coordinator:As a key player in our Talent team, you'll have a dual role:
- Acquisition Maestro:
- Engage with potential candidates to identify top-tier talent for our Weployee Community.
- Showcase your skills in interviewing, aiming to connect with up to 6 candidates daily.
- Guide candidates seamlessly into the right roles, making a lasting impact on their job search journey.
- Ensure a phenomenal experience for Weployees right from the beginning of their Weploy journey.
- Community Builder:
- Cultivate and expand our community of skilled Weployees, fostering strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and align talent accordingly.
- Utilise your expert insights to continuously enhance the Weployee experience.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or sourcing roles, showcasing your ability to identify and connect with exceptional candidates.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Passion for delivering a personalised and positive candidate experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide Weployees through their job search journey.
