As a Sous Chef you will know how to support an Executive Chef whilst guiding a small kitchen team across a 80 seater restaurant that is busy most days of the week.
The candidate who will flourish in this position will have a knack for developing talent using various coaching methods, and will act as mentor to experience team members.

The candidate
- Previous Sous Chef experience in a contemporary dining restaurant that understands the balance between quality and volume
- Naturally a upbeat, go-getter personality and leadership style that will guide teams through the busiest of services
- You prefer a type of service that is not uptight, instead very relaxed and inviting to talk with guests at the table - how do you build rapport? go the extra mile without being intrusive? what's your customer service point of difference?
- Standout communication skills, confident reporting up and down, and bright personality
