Calling all Sous Chef’s looking for an exciting outback adventure at one of the largest resorts in the Southern Hemisphere! They are dedicated to achieving stellar results and exceeding customer expectations every day. The Role Seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join the team in this stunning location. Manage the hotel and satellite food and beverage kitchen operations when required, so that they perform as profitable and sustainable outlets, which provide a consistently high product. Work with living legends, and be responsible for creating unforgetable moments for travellers. Sponsorship opportunities available for the right candidate, with reduced accomodation options. Skills & Experience Qualified Chef (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years of experience (post apprenticeship) Previous experience in a 5-star multi restaurant resort (desirable) A la Carte and buffet exposure Self-motivated and committed to the achievement of business goals Financial skills including budget management and reporting as required Basic computer knowledge to support use of emails, other forms of electronic communication and basic systems like Excel, Word, Outlook Benefits & Culture Self contained accomodation (at a reduced rate) Competative rate with…
