Sous Chef / Supervisor

We are a fast-growing and popular ramen shop seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef / Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes and the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of all ramen dishes, sauces, and garnishes

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen

• Assisting with kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Able to carry heavy items and bulk prep alone

• Communication skills

• Food safety certification
