Description
- Maintain regular communication with internal team members and overseas head office contacts responsible for supply and manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the Factory to monitor stock dispatch statuses and ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep the Inventory Management System records updated and maintained daily.
- Generate accurate invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to follow up on payments and ensure prompt processing.
- Prepare any additional documentation necessary to finalize sales transactions.
- Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounts team members to streamline stock movements in and out of the warehouse.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned by managers on an ad-hoc basis.
- Proven experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in interpreting and processing orders.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
