MSM Milling is Australia's leading family-owned integrated oilseed crushing, refining, packing and feed milling facility based in Manildra, NSW.
Your Opportunity
We need an individual that is highly organised, pro-active, computer savvy and mechanically minded. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the safe and efficient storage, dispatch and receiving of goods/stock into and out of Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of orders, parts delivered, received and held, including correctly labelling and storing of parts received
- Stocktake and managing appropriate levels of stock, in particular critical spares analysis
- In accordance with schedule, timely preparation of job packs for maintenance team
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
About You:
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Experience using computerised ERP and maintenance systems
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Proactive and customer focussed mindset
- Be prepared to get physical
- Drivers licence and forklift licence (desirable)
