Reporting to the Branch Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling all inbound customer calls / enquiries
- Processing all orders and quotes
- Supplying and interpreting parts for a large and diverse clientele
- Sourcing and ordering parts on an ad hoc basis
- Booking and tracking deliveries
- Prior experience in automotive parts interpretation and experience and knowledge of Automotive Spare Parts
- Well-developed computer skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Friendly personality disposition with motivation and drive
- High attention to detail and customer service orientation
