About the Role
Location: Parramatta
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PAE to join our team in Parramatta. The role focuses on complex Family Law matters, including property settlements, child custody disputes and spousal maintenance. Candidates should be autonomous, initiative-driven and experienced in managing high volumes of Family Law files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and client guidance
- Manage complex Family Law cases
- Represent clients in court, mediations and settlements
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on Family Law legislation
- Mentor junior lawyers and support employees
- Assist in business development and networking
- Maintain accurate case files and manage billing
What We’re Looking For:
- Current NSW Practising Certificate
- 8 years PQE in Family Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
