Form of workAbout the Role: A leading healthcare facility is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Specialist (Otolaryngology) to assist the Director of Surgery in a permanent part-time or full-time opportunity. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, treatment planning, surgical procedures, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patient education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, education and supervision of surgical trainees and other medical staff.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Current registration with or/eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- The applicant will hold Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgery (FRACS) in the speciality of Otolaryngology
- Previous experience in medicine
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated high standard of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, time management and organisation to ensure effective teamwork
- Current police check
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required
