Specialist Disability Accommodation Property Manager

Disability Housing Solutions has been an Accredited NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider since 2017, we are a team of passionate professionals who coordinate great accommodation outcomes that significantly improve the lives of people with disabilities.

This position will suit someone who really appreciates working for an employer who recognises and acknowledges the day to day struggles we face in the property management sector, opportunity to work from home as well as 2 days based in our office in Bundall, Qld.

Your role will be working closely with other Property Managers as part of a larger team, you will be liaising with NDIS participants and all their stake holders to ensure the property suits their needs.

All our properties are new, and specifically designed to the NDIS SDA Design Standards.

Your role will include, building handovers, entry, exits, routine inspections, lease renewals, participants feasibilities, owner communication for your portfolio.

• Full time position Mon - Friday 9-5.
• Opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight.
• 2 days based in our office at Bundall, plus flexibility to work from home.

•  South Brisbane - Logan - Ipswich - Cleveland

In this role we have a designated team member who will take care of ALL the maintenance, leasing, accounts & invoicing.
