About your opportunity
Permanent full-time / commencing ASAP
The Executive Support Officer will provide a high-level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Directors of Surgical Units within Surgical Services Group.
They will liaise with the Service Group and other senior department staff to achieve an effective and efficient support service to the surgical units.
What we are looking for?:
- Demonstrated high standard of administrative and secretarial skills and ability to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, action sheets and draft replies to correspondence demonstrating advanced computer skills utilising appropriate software.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with competing deadlines whilst working autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability in rostering practices and sound knowledge of basic rostering guidelines.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of word processing and spreadsheet applications and hospital information systems including S4 Hana, Springboard, myHR as well as an ability to acquire knowledge of other computer applications and databases.
- Possession of advanced interpersonal and oral communication skills, incorporating the skills of tact to liaise and consult with all levels of the private and public sector and to respect clients' confidentiality and interests.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting management including minutes, agendas, and monitoring of actions from meetings.
Generous remuneration package value up to $94,810 p.a. comprising:
- Salary range of $74,722 to $83,097 p.a. (AO3)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
