The opportunity:The Specialist – People Experience plays a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and operational support on all people-related matters to leaders across Kinetic. This position involves partnering with leaders to enhance the overall People Experience, driving strategic people planning, and contributing to transformational initiatives aligned with the company's mission and values.You will:Partner with leaders to cultivate an exceptional People Experience for all team members.Assist leaders in strategic people planning and forecasting.Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and team members on people-related issues within assigned businesses.Coach business leaders and managers on best practices in people management, including policies, programs, and tactics.Contribute to the development of the annual P&C strategic plan.Implement HR-related programs, such as rewards and recognition and employee development initiatives.Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and initiatives on employees and manage change effectively to minimise disruption.The boxes you'll tick: Significant human resources experience or equivalent education and experience.Previous experience in a…
