About the Role – Business Development Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Team full-time in QLD. As a High-Performance Leader, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing exceptional talent within your team. Your ability to recognize and leverage the unique qualities of each Team Member will help you bring out their best! Our next Business Development Manager will possess a demonstrated ability in the following areas:
- Lead weekly meetings that spark strategic thinking and boost Team performance
- Manage our intellectual property and dive into our CRM system to analyze marketing data for sustainable growth
- Spot opportunities in key markets aligned with our Values and Services
- Use your CRM expertise to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth
- Pay attention to detail and communicate clearly to ensure top-notch results and strong Teamwork
- Travel as needed with your valid driver's license
Essential: Construction Industry and Business Development Experience: Strong background and expertise within the Construction Industry, along with a proven track record in Business Development. This includes a solid understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
Desirable: Knowledge within Concrete technology and concrete Repairs.
