About The Role:
RevenueWA is seeking a motivated professional to join our team to fill a Level 3, Specialist Recovery Officer position in the Recovery Branch of Operations Group 1.
The Specialist Recovery Officer is part of a team responsible for the collection of outstanding taxes, duties and grants for more complex cases.
In this position you will be working with individual and corporate taxpayers, their representatives and a range of other tax and industry professionals to achieve appropriate outcomes.
A background in collection and the recovery of outstanding revenues is not essential and applicants who can address the position requirements with transferrable skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be available.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated professional with a "can-do" attitude who is collaborative, yet able to work independently and take initiative.
You will share our vision and values by delivering the highest level of customer service and build productive client relationships with good communication skills, and an ability to communicate in a simple and clear manner.
