Happy Therapy is looking for a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist for our dynamic team in our clinic Western Sydney. We cater for clients of all ages with a particular focus on early intervention and ensure we provide them with the very best services.
We are looking for a therapist to work with us on full-time or part-time basis.

About the role
As part of this role, you can expect to:
- Manage a varied caseload with a high proportion of paediatric clients.
- Use your clinical and professional skill to deliver patient-focused therapy to a range of clients and their families.
- Design therapy programs to address communication, language and literacy needs to achieve client goals.
- Ability to plan, advocate for and coordinate client care independently.
- Conduct evidence-based assessments, provide reports and recommendations.
- The ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions.
- Liaise with patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Provide therapy services face-to-face and via Telehealth.

About you
An ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for membership of your professional association - Speech Pathology Australia or Aphra.
- Experience working with paediatric clients, including those complex needs.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
