We are looking for a Sports Administration Assistant to join our welcoming and vibrant community. Placing students at the heart of everything we do, the successful candidate will be committed to ‘Cura Personalis’: care for the whole person in support of educational best practice.
The Role
The Sports Administration Assistant contributes to the mission of the College and its educational goals by providing administrative assistance and support to the Head of Health and Physical Education, Head of Sport, Health and Physical Education teachers (Primary and Secondary) and Rowing Coordinator in support of the curriculum and sport co-curricular program.
Selection Criteria
- Active support of the Catholic ethos of the College.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle varied requests and prioritise tasks.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of staff and build meaningful and professional relationships with students.
- Appropriate computer and related software application skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Fitness.
- Bronze Medallion.
