Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘Sr Change Analyst’.
Key Criteria
- Execute change activities with precision to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Utilise advanced methodologies such as PROSCI/ADKAR for rigorous change analysis and impact assessments essential for effective change management.
- Collaborate closely with the managerial team to architect and disseminate meticulously crafted change plans and reports, exhaustively documenting all activities.
- Conduct comprehensive current and future state gap analyses to ensure the synchronisation of transformation strategy and transition planning with program objectives.
- Provide expert oversight and ensure the technical excellence of change management deliverables, encompassing intricate documentation, sophisticated training materials, and multimedia communications.
- Identify and mitigate stakeholder issues and risks through rigorous risk management methodologies, maintaining proactive stakeholder engagement and reporting on performance metrics for continual optimisation.
- Cultivate robust, technologically driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge tools to enhance collaboration, optimise project delivery, and manage change impacts effectively.
- Collaborate extensively with operational business units to capture and document intricate present and future requirements, translating them into comprehensive, technically sophisticated change management deliverables, including intricate strategies, sophisticated communication plans, user-friendly guides, and immersive training materials
