What success looks like in this role:
-Leads the efforts of sales teams in hunting and negotiating moderately complex new logo sales activities targeting mid-sized value contracts. -Manages sales plans and sales methodologies that support continuous new logo pipeline development in line with Unisys’ overall sales and growth strategy. -Sets and manages annual new logo sales targets and other defined sales metrics based on corporate / Regional Sales goals. -Supports Sales Executives in developing detailed account plans in line with sales methodologies that drive sufficient demand generation to meet or exceed annual assigned new logo sales targets. -Monitors, reviews, prepares and presents new logo sales forecasts, new logo sales performance metrics and trends to internal matrixed teams. -Monitors the industry and the market for trends, opportunities and challenges. -Provides guidance and structure to sales teams by leading cross-collaboration with internal teams within a complex matrixed environment. -Communicates and resolves sales team’s concerns and related issues across the Sales organization.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Requires a bachelor’s or equivalent and a minimum 15 years of sales, management and/or industry experience.
- Expert knowledge in sales management, sales activity, and sales and business processes with a broad knowledge of sales cycles, product and solution offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
- Able to build a sales strategy and provide vision and execution with the team.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage and meet/exceed sales targets while taking required corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
- Expert in negotiating complex contractual agreements to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrates ability to build and motivate a team, working across a global organization’s reporting structure to foster trust and cooperation and to navigate and achieve success within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in developing long-term trust-based relationships with the C-Suite and key executives.
- Entrepreneurial and pioneering DNA with a specific focus on driving results that make an impact and hit the bottom line.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sets of senior stakeholder relationships at one time and, through relationship continuity, provide feedback loops critical to ensuring top-tier results on Unisys’ engagements.
- Ability to drive the pre-deal ideation and visioning process to achieve aggressive and qualified sales goals.
- Lead by example, both on-site with prospective clients and internal teams.
