Public Cloud Container Services team provides a Managed Kubernetes Platform, enabling CBA teams to deliver applications at high pace by leveraging the power of Kubernetes and Public Cloud. In this role, you will see yourself building the Kubernetes Platform for the bank. You will be involved in building the cluster, teach the internal customers how to build a Kubernetes-native application and ensure the platform is running 24*7.
We’re interested in hearing from people who
Experience as Software Engineer/ DevOps/SRE/System Engineer in Cloud environment.
Experience with Kubernetes network and API security: ServiceMesh/Istio, Ingress Controller, API Gateway, OAuth2
Experience with writing Kubernetes controller/operator is highly desirable.
Experience with programming in Golang or Python.
Experience with Cloud/AWS fundamental service (IAM, VPC, EC2, ASG)
Experience with container technology, Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code(CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi)
Understanding of DevOps/SRE Best Practices: Logging, Monitoring, Security.
Advanced knowledge in Linux internal and be able to troubleshoot complex issues
Tech skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Experience building ServiceMesh
Kubernetes network and API security: Istio, Ingress, ELB, Ngnix, calico, authentication/authorization, OAuth
Experience with writing Kubernetes controller/operator.
