Qualifications & experience
- Minimum (5) years of experience in the collision services industry.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Ability to monitor financial accountabilities.
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Actively create and support the development of a strong pipeline of franchisee leads.
- Collaborate with Fix Auto Paint supplier partners to develop and action targeted and qualified list of prospects
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure compliance with technology requirements and buying group participation.
- Ensure the deployment of a robust sales process and the teams utilisation of the FMS system to deliver transparent and accurate reporting of sales performance and activities.
- Establish common goals and use project management methodology to ensure progress is documented, milestones and met, goals are achieved and reported on
- Manage the due diligence process with prospects to include all necessary checks, creation of territory maps, and defining base revenue levels etc. This extends from new signings through to franchisee contract renewals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, insurance partners and vendor partners.
- Provide franchisees with support as required either in person, by telephone or email.
- Observe workflow, efficiency and work habits to identify areas for improvement and communicate observations with
- Participate in industry events, where relevant, to represent Fix Auto and develop network of contacts.
