Since then Glenvill Housing has grown into a dynamic, multi-faceted Housing business with - Aplace by Glenvill, Glenvill Homes / Townhomes and Bespoke.
This role is within our Queensland Housing business.
About the role
As an experienced Operations Manager, your primary focus is to oversee day to day operations of files from sale acceptance through to completion of the client's new home in line with Glenvill's expected client service standards across our Queensland Housing businesses.
This role has the responsibility for the progress of multiple client files to ensure a timely and orderly progression through the building process.
Bringing your strong operational experience within the residential volume construction industry, your duties will include:
- Leading the estimating, drafting and customer relationship coordinator teams
- Conducting Weekly Meeting with all teams
- Ensuring budgets are achieved
- Developing and implement strategical plans
- Maintaining workflow management
- Completing accurate forecasting and management reporting
- General assistance to the Managing Director –Housing when required
- Maintaining a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal and written
Skills and Experience:
At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.
5+ years experience
We anticipate that you will already possess a high level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience managing staff in a Volume Housing environment - highly desirable
Exposure or experience with ClickHome - even better.
You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency. Working in a fun team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands.
Experience in residential construction is mandatory.
