Your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of a clear strategy for improving existing business operations, ensuring that staff and Business Partners are equipped to meet current and future demands of clients.
- Development, mentoring and ongoing training of a large, diverse team of staff
- Establishing relationships with existing clients and identifying areas of value-added services the organisation could offer
- Providing solutions around operational deliverables relating to cleaning and facilities maintenance, including the delivery of special projects
- Financial control and profitability
- Quality assurance, compliance, and drive innovative solutions promoting the organisation as a best practice solution provider.

Your skillsets:
- You will be a natural manager and leader to inspire and develop teams to perform at their best
- A good appreciation of operations and facilities services is required, ranging from general maintenance to plumbing, electrical, landscaping and cleaning.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to manage P&L, monthly reporting and performance tracking.
- Prior experience working directly for a service provider and understanding of operational deliverables and KPIs is essential.
- Energy and positivity with a down-to-earth, relatable personality will see you fit right in.
