The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to lead the property team in NSW. The Property Manager’s primary function is to play a strategic and functional role in the management and improvement of Keyton’s property assets within the region including:
- Role is responsible for capex across all NSW and ACT villages
- Managing a team of Project Managers in NSW/ACT
- Managing maintenance services and compliance/legislative requirements
- Driving and supporting the delivery of the property management strategy and capital expenditure program
- Providing technical expertise to key stakeholders including the retirement village teams and regional staff
Your Background
- Minimum of 10 years+ experience in capex / asset / facility management
- Experience in people management and managing teams
- Experience in contract administration
- Conducting reports and presenting to variety of stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
- Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building
