We now seek a State Sales Manager to lead our Rental/Hire Access Equipment business in Victoria to spearhead our next phase of growth. We offer a fully transparent, lucrative commission structure where you will be well rewarded for high performance coupled with a long career runway.
The Role - Key Interest Points:
- Report to our National Sales Manager for Access Rentals.
- Be at the forefront of driving our growth into new and existing markets, focusing on rental sales of a whole new fleet of state-of-the-art Access Equipment.
- Lead and coach the Victorian sales team to consistently raise the bar of their performance and ensure their sales pipelines are full and robust.
- Maximise our asset utilisation and fleet expansion with the support and backing of an established leader in capital equipment sales and rental.
- Strike the balance between managing existing accounts and developing new business by leveraging our diverse range of Access Equipment. This includes telehandlers, booms, and scissors, with access to traditional materials handling equipment such as conventional forklifts, rough terrain diesel forklifts, scrubbers, and sweepers.
- A robust B2B sales background, preferably in Access Equipment rental and hire.
- Verifiable success in leading and coaching sales teams.
- Self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve results.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Proven ability to generate new business and maintain excellent client relationships at multiple levels.
- A customer-centric and commercially savvy approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
