We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented State Sales Manager – NSW ACT to lead our team. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs, driving sales growth, and fostering innovation in a dynamic market, customer satisfaction levels and enabling IPD to achieve its sustainable growth and profitability objectives. This role will report directly to the General Manager and will be based at our office at Wetherill Park. Duties & responsibilities: You will be managing a team, providing direction and support to enable them to be their best Executing sales plans and leading the team to achieve and exceed target Working across the organisation providing solutions Maintaining a strong understanding of IPD products & solutions, both sales and technical aspects Ensuring effective representation of IPD in the customer channel/sector within the responsible region Experience & attributes: Qualifications – electrical trade or engineering Managing a team Previous experience in sales & business development highly desirable, preferably in low voltage products, power distribution, switchboard systems, motor control, power monitoring and surge protection.
