We are searching for an experienced KeyAccount Manager to join our sales team in Sydney. In this role you will work across our leading play and entertainment brands and partner for growth with some of our key retail accounts.
As an Account Manager at Hasbro you will:
- Develop joint business plans and mutual performance goals
- Create and sell-in product ranges from the portfolio that achieves financial, inventory and efficiency targets
- Develop and execute in-store and online promotional plans and activities
- Track performance and ROI to make investment decisions that drive Scan Sales (POS)
- Partner with the Marketing Team to align with brand and product objectives, media activities, and to activate retail executions instore and online
- Analyse category, brand, shopper and performance data to build future plans and provide your customer with insights and solutions
- Provide accurate and assumption based financial and inventory forecasts to the business
- Work with Account Executives and Sales Support team members to ensure the effective operations of the account
- Work flexibly, in a hybrid approach, with 3 days per week spent office based
You will bring to the role:
- 3+ years’ commercial sales management experience preferably with a background in Hard Goods / FMCG and online experience
- An operational knowledge of bricks and mortar and eCommerce trading
- A track record of accurate forecasting and consistently achieving sales targets
- The knowledge of how to achieve profitable growth through negotiation, investment and other commercial decision making
- An ability to build strong and empathetic relationships (internally & externally) that promotes inclusivity
- Analytical skills with the ability to present and build commercial stories through data and insights
