The role

• You'll become a 'Lead Stylist' as well as Store Leader in this exciting environment where you will make a difference to our customers lives and appearance. 
• You’d beresponsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s andOptical Dispensers to meet achievable and rewarding KPI's.
• You enjoysuccess and motivating your team to gain the best financial rewards andrecognition possible.

About you

• You havean optical / pharmacy / commercial / fast paced retail store, leadershipbackground.
• Store leadership in Bupa Optical needs positively and commitment for that we’ll provide a market leading salary, recognition support and an excellent Store leader Booster reward scheme. 
• Exposureto Optomate is certainly advantageous - but if you've similar booking systemcompetency that’s great news.
