Due to internal movement, a 6 month contract is now available for an experienced Store Manager to join our Auburn Outlet store.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain exceptional customer service and support
• Implement strategic plans to reach sales, convergence, turnover and mystery shopper goals
• Drive sales by providing customers with informative product knowledge relating to footwear and apparel
• Analyse market trends and report on findings with regional teams to effectively drive sales
• Ensure all visual merchandising is upheld to company standards
• Stock management including unpacking, processing, replenishing and maintaining stockroom
• Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives
• Lead the store to operate efficiently, in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain positive employee relations and open lines of communication throughout the store
