About the Role
The Store Operations Manager will:
- Ensure high quality shop personnel experience by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Stores Commercial Operations (e.g., stock/ product availability, procedures, cash collection).
- Ensure shop personnel care by listening stores needs and promptly solve their issues improving the ongoing processes.
- Improve and embed clinical sales excellence across Amplifon clinics by ensuring Store Processes simplification and Store support service.
- Manage Store Operations communication by means of improving processes, tools and contents for field communication cascade.
- Work closely with Data analysts to provide data insight, analysis, reporting and advanced analytics.
Store Operations:
- Ensure simplification of Store processes and store support service
- Identify opportunities to streamline, reduce red tape and improve overall Store administration while enhancing commercial performance AND compliance requirements
- Guarantee the adoption of Optimised process / Protocol
- Monitor Store performance KPIs and act promptly to maximise store efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Global / Regional Rex Group projects and pilot new initiatives
- Act as point of contact, collecting needs and relevant information from all back-office departments to timely inform the field
- Collect feedback from field/area managers (e.g., ongoing projects, activities)
- Organize routines (events with external stakeholders, conventions with internals) to support business activities
- Align with internal stakeholders during newsroom routine to leverage synergies and maximize communication effectiveness internally and externally
- Ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation with country communication
- Generate Sales Business insights to support data driven decision
- Monthly reporting on Other Revenue and cash collection activities with a focus on the strategic identification of opportunities and improvement plan
- Master's degree in Audiology
- Certificate of Clinical Practice
- Full Member of Audiology Australia
- Worked as an audiologist for a minimum of 5 years
- Supervised university students and new graduates
- Involvement in Mentor program
- Experience in audiology training (desirable)
- High level of organisational skills
- Strong results orientation and focus
- Quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation (Risk and opportunities)
- Ability to analyse large set of data using different tools and techniques, to break down complex problems, identify patterns and build predictive models.
- Ability to create a value interaction between company and customer over the duration of their relationship
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Efficient in all Microsoft office software
- Propensity to put customer at the core of the business, understand the stages involved in customer journey
- Ability in negotiating and communicating effectively with different individuals and groups
- Ability to learn, act and succeed within a matrix organization
