We are currently looking for a passionate Store Supervisor/2IC to lead and support our retail store at Westfield Parramatta!
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating exceptional customer service experiences, enjoys leading and supporting a small team and work towards targets and KPI’s, and most importantly, has a positive, can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Train and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management
- Supervise the team to ensure that daily tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention/ stock management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Have proactive and creative approach around visual merchandising of the store
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service
