Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory levels for all parts and components
Stock control and reconciliation with our data storage system
Ensure that parts are properly stocked and stored to prevent damage or loss
Process purchase orders and invoices
Allocate parts to production orders and maintenance jobs
Track and report on inventory usage
Reconcile inventory levels with physical counts
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
Ensure compliance across all workplace safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe environment and ensuring that expected standards of health and safety, hygiene and security are adhered too

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing inventory and parts in an OHV component maintenance environment or manufacturing. - A Certificate IV in Warehousing and Logistics is desirable.
A current and valid Australian forklift licence
Demonstrated experience with purchasing, allocating parts, and reporting and maintaining inventory within SAP
Experience in care and preservation of stock/inventory
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
