Our client
Our client is a medium sized not-for-profit organisation who are an independent accreditation authority located in Melbourne's CBD.
The role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a multifaceted role that you can make your own.
Core responsibilities are:
- Be the system administrator for Elmo (HRIS)
- Assist with recruitment, contract generation and onboarding/offboarding
- Managing the L&D lifecycle
- Support with OH&S and WHS compliance
- Ad hoc admin and projects
Skills and experience
- Proficiency in using Elmo or a similar HRIS system, along with a genuine interest in software
- Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience within HR, Administration or a Coordination roles
- A collaborative mindset who thrives in a close-knit team environment
