  • Full-time, permanent role located in Melbourne's CBD - close to PTV
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home (must be Melbourne based)

Our client
Our client is a medium sized not-for-profit organisation who are an independent accreditation authority located in Melbourne's CBD.

The role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a multifaceted role that you can make your own.

Core responsibilities are:

  • Be the system administrator for Elmo (HRIS)
  • Assist with recruitment, contract generation and onboarding/offboarding
  • Managing the L&D lifecycle
  • Support with OH&S and WHS compliance
  • Ad hoc admin and projects

Skills and experience

  • Proficiency in using Elmo or a similar HRIS system, along with a genuine interest in software
  • Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience within HR, Administration or a Coordination roles
  • A collaborative mindset who thrives in a close-knit team environment
